Three days into a wine ferment …

Check out how active this gallon of red grape juice + yeast is! It won’t be juice for long; this is as active a ferment as I’ve seen:

I had two half-gallon jugs, so I combined them in this one gallon carboy in case I need another airlock. The glass jug is an old Coca-Cola syrup jug my paternal grandparents collected and I now put to good use.
